My Motor Club of America MCA Journey Day 1

I’m starting this all over again and am going to document my success with Motor Club of America.  I use the Get Weekly Paychecks system to market MCA.

My success so far has been to the tune of 1 out of every 130 leads joins.  I get $80 every time someone joins so I have calculated 80 dollars divided by 130 leads equaling 60 cents per lead.


I like to think that way because it keeps me in a positive mind set.  I have sponsored 4 people into MCA and I have generated (to this current moment as I am typing this) 536 leads.

Or I can think of it as I made a total of $320 with MCA (income disclosure) divided by 536 leads which equals approx 60 cents per lead!

Are you having trouble trying to come up with great blog content? Not quite sure what to say or what to write about? If so, relax. That's perfectly normal. Most every consistent blogger deals with this issue on a daily basis.
On the other hand, you may be the brightest, smartest, most unique person in the world. If you are, congratulations. And you may have the best ideas for business, personal growth, relationships, money, finances more so than anybody else. If so, congratulations again. I am envious.
But, if you are the brightest, smartest, most unique person in the world, and you fail to share your thoughts, ideas, suggestions with the world or anyone for that matter, then you are like a GENIUS TRAPPED IN YOUR OWN MIND! Probably a great trip for you, but if you can't share it then its almost worthless. Agree?
I know when I first started blogging that I had the 'blog block' syndrome that most writers have. The 'ole 'writers block' exists in almost everyone. And I am far from the smartest, brightest, most unique person on this planet. I'm just a regular Joe just like most other people.
These 3 tips below sure did help me out when 'writer's block' set in. Let me help you out so you can create better, if not unlimited BLOG content

3 questions I always ask myself before a BLOG post:
Question 1 - Ask yourself this question. "Can I predict what's going to happen in my niche?"or, "What do I see happening in my niche in the next few weeks, months, years?" For example, if you are in the weight loss niche, and you see a new diet pill or workout program or MLM program coming down the path, then you may want to let the world know.
This is great content for you to post. Why? Because it lets people know you, better understand you, and either agree with you or disagree with you. That's important in the whole realm of 'KNOW, LIKE & TRUST' that is the motto of the online marketing world.
You see, when your readers know, like and trust your writing style, then whether they agree or disagree with your position is not really important. They are engaged is what's important. You can't control their opinion anyway. NEUTRALITY IS BORING. POLARITY IS EXCITING. Take a stand and there will be a reaction, whether positive or negative, but nonetheless, a reaction.
Question 2 - If you can see what's going to happen or have a prediction in your niche, Can you relate your prediction to a current event? This is so important because it resonates with people as to what's going on in the world, especially THEIR world Prime Example here, "OBAMACARE". Whether you are pro or con, its is very controversial.
When you can bring your prediction in your niche to a relevant current event then your readers will become engaged.
Question 3 - Is my content entertaining and does it add value? "Entertain first then Educate." Don't worry about proper format, tags, meta tags, correct formatting of blog posts, etc. I'm a firm believer that if you have something to say, and it provides value to others, then it will find them. The needle in the haystack is always found, eventually.

Why "Templates + Checklists" Are Not Enough To Write Killer Sales Copy

Many entrepreneurs see "copywriting" as something scary - even though they do just fine writing anything else, they would "freeze" when it comes to writing a sales page.
Many entrepreneurs see "copywriting" as something scary - even though they do just fine writing anything else, they would "freeze" when it comes to writing a sales page.
It's actually not that bad at all, once you recognize the inner workings of good copywriting.
There are a load of copywriting experts out there and no lack of trainings, so I am not going to go over the "usual" with you.
What seems to be lacking when sticking to those "formula" or "templates" is the genuine emotional connection with the readers achieved by letting YOUR personality come through, bright and loud.
Tapping into the pains and emotions of your ideal clients is of course important, but if they don't connect with YOU as the content or service provider, you are not "unique" in their mind and they can easily replace you with someone who can bang out the same "compelling copy" with little personality.
Using a canned formula is OK if you are just moving some $50 products and call it a day. If you are in the coaching business and you want to get high-paying clients (go do the math, you will need those if you don't want to burnout or go broke), you need to create that trust and connection - even if you are just selling a $50 product because every touch point you have with a potential client reflect who you are and if you want them to graduate from a $50 product to a $5,000 program eventually, you can't skim on your communication.
This is particularly important for you if you are a coach, or work with someone on their personal growth or their health. These are private stuff, people need to trust you as a person. Your clients are not just buying the results you promise (although that is important) - they are signing up to work with YOU, and not the other guy, because they resonate with you. This is, in my opinion, what makes people put down 4- or even 5-figure sum to hire a coach, not the fact that the coach can give you all the facts and steps about weight loss (although, of course, that helps. But you can get all the "facts" by searching on the internet... )
I like to see the inner workings of good copywriting as a masterful design project.

"Rules" + Creativity = Beautiful Outcome That Serves a Purpose
Program <--> Best Practice
At the beginning of every building project, there is a "program" detailing the requirements and restrictions. It's like the industry best practices you find in the "templates and checklists" for writing copy. They are good guidelines and rules to be used as starting point but they are not set in stone.
They are man-made, they can be questioned and broken to achieve the ultimate intention of the project. They are not the absolute truth - they can be adjusted based on circumstances. They are means to an end. Sometimes, rules are made for us to question and break.
Laws of Physics <--> Human Psychology
Like the law of physics, you cannot change human behavior and psychology. In architecture, you have to work with the law of gravity; in writing sales copy, you have to tap into sales psychology (i.e. what makes people buy.)
Don't fight it. Understand the science, learn the facts, and then use them to your advantage. Think the awe inspired by "gravity defying" sculptures and architectural masterpieces.
Kick Butt Design <--> YOUR Creative Expression
Same program, same law of physics can lead to a completely different building designed by two different architects. One can be butt-ugly, the other can be award-winning.
The difference? Individual creative expression! That's the secret sauce - the more it comes through, the more interesting, genuine and resonating your copy will be for your peeps. Good work of art always offense some people, and that's a good indication that your stuff actually MEANS something.
BONUS Tip: Resist Design By Committee!
You know those really boring institutional-looking buildings? The architect started with some great ideas and cool designs, then everybody and his aunt Betty weighed in - "this is too [nobody-care whatever]", "this won't work with [inconsequential something]", "my 90-year-old mother won't be able to [do that thing that a 90-year-old won't do]"... etc.
Watered down. Plain vanilla. Boring. Look like everything else. Do you want your sales page to be like that?
Stop trying to please everyone. Stop trying to get everyone's approval. Be YOU.
The FEAR Factor: What Is Really Holding You Back From Fully Expressing Yourself?
When you are afraid of putting it all out there, your Fear of Vulnerability is rearing its head. If you have this fear, you are actually confident about what you do and believe in your message, but you hold yourself back because you are worried about what others may think. You don't want to be criticized. You don't want people to "leave you." The first thing to understand about this fear is that "you think people MAY think... " - you see how speculative and convoluted that is? And, what is the worst that can happen? People are too involved with themselves to keep judging you. Get over it.
The Fear of Inadequacy can also come up for some folks. When you put your all out there and you don't get the results you want or expected, you see it as a validation from the outside world that you are really not good enough - confirming and compounding your fear - and that sucks.
When you see there fears coming up, first step is to recognize that it's your fear, not YOU, that is having those thoughts.

10 Mind Altering Words to get people to buy now!

1. Use the word "fast" in your ad. People want fast results, fast delivery, fast ordering, etc. Nowadays, we usually value our time more than our money.
2. Use the word "guaranteed" in your ad. People want to be assured they are not risking their hard earned money buying your product.
3. Use the word "limited" in your ad. People want to own or receive things that are exclusive or rare because they are considered to be more valuable.
4. Use the word "easy/simple" in your ad. People want easy ordering, easy instructions, easy to use, easy payments, etc.
5. Use the word "testimonial" in your ad. People want to see believable proof before they buy your product. It should be reputable and specific proof.
6. Use the word "discount/sale " in your ad. People want to find bargains. They could be rebates, one time sales, percentage offers, get one free offers, etc.
7. Use the word "free" in your ad. People want free incentives before they do business with you. They could be free books, accessories, services, etc.
8. Use the word "you/your" in your ad. People want to know that you are talking them. This'll make them feel important and attract them to read the whole ad.
9. Use the word "important" in your ad. People do not want to miss important information that could effect their life. People will stop and take notice.
10. Use the word "new" in your ad. People want new products or services that will improve their life like new information, tastes, technology, results, etc.

Discover what quality is keeping your marketing INEFFECTIVE

I have learned this and still have to remember this.  After reading Dale Carnegie’s “How to Win Friends and Influence People” for the 4th time, I’m just now getting through my THICK HEAD, that people are selfish.

I don’t mean that in a bad way.  What I mean is that we (people) inherently always think about ourselves.  What’s in it for us?  Why should I care?  Why should I continue reading this? (get it)

For example, the only reason you are reading this right now (yes right now lol) is because you want to know what quality is keeping your marketing INEFFECTIVE.

There is no other way I would have got you to read my blog if it wasn’t for your self interest.  Think about that the next time you place an ad, write a blog, shoot a video, etc.

Try to include as much benefit to the reader (you my dear reader, see lol) as possible and you will always have business coming your way!

Rob’s Reading Project

So I finally made a concrete decision to step up my reading.

I have been getting a little angry about my progress in different areas of my life and business.  I know that when I read, I feel better, my thinking is stimulated, and it just helps me calm down.

So I’m going to essentially give my marketing a break, in the fact that I’m doing it directly, and simply blog about my results that I’m getting in my life through my reading.

I will still be indirectly marketing as you can see the various banners and links through out this post.

My plan is to read from

Daily
The Law of Success in 16 Lessons by Napoleon Hill 20 pages daily
How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie 1 lesson daily

Once per Week
Hypnotic Writing by Joe Vitale 50 pages daily/
Power Persuasion by David R. Barron, Danek S. Kaus50 pages daily

Weekly
Any other self help book I feel so inclined to read.  I am going to divide up the number of pages per 6 days and read Mon-Sat and pick a very short book to read on Sun in addition to everything else.

Amid marketing and my homework for school, I should be very busy and have no time for my own complaining about my lack of results.  

It’s also my plan to literally saturate my thinking to change my results and will definitely keep you posted.

It’s frustrating sometimes

It’s really frustrating sometimes.  One guru says do this and make money.  Another guru says do that and make money.  Then you have 1000’s of people out there who claim what you are doing is stupid.  

I don’t know what the magic thing to do is.  I have seen people who don’t make phone calls and don’t care to “make friends” make a lot of money.  I have seen others who say “build a relationship” and they make a lot of money.

I reach out to leads and get zero response.  I don’t reach out and sometimes make money.

Everything happens and it can be frustrating but at the end of the day DON’T QUIT.

Besides, what is the alternative?

Is your massive action MASSIVE ENOUGH??

When I first began marketing, I thought that “I’ll just have to ‘show the plan’ to a few friends and contacts and be in profit.”  I was a little wrong on that one!

It never works that way.  In theory, it sounds good but reality has another take on it!  In fact, you may need to show the plan to 100-1000 people just to make one sale!  Often times you may get hundreds of “leads” without one sale!

When you take massive action, you will eventually reach the multitude of people to get into profit.  There is marketing and also there is connecting (and reconnecting) with your existing leads over a period of time, before they will get to know, like, and trust you enough to join the business!

The ideal vehicle I made a decision to take massive action is Motor Club of America.

Massive action is a MUST to succeed in any business!  Don’t underestimate the effort required to make your dreams a reality (or just earn a few extra bucks each week online).

Could your company go out of business?

I sponsored over 100+ people into various programs and learned from experience that any business can go out of business.


It’s like getting kicked in the teeth when you are living off the income.

I was in Zeek Rewards and was making $450 a week and then they SEC came in and shut it down.  I was operating with Zeek Rewards because I thought they were legal and Kevin Grimes (top MLM lawyer) was on Zeek’s staff to ensure it was legit.

But in business anything can happen.

Do you see how this can happen?

Needless to say, after picking myself up I am super convinced that having multiple streams of incomewill protect me from further businesses going out of business.

I know that I have been.  I joined Motor Club of America a while back and been killing myself trying to market it.  

I started studying persuasion, communication, marketing, SEO, buying courses left and right.

When the only thing I should be doing is simply connecting with people via social media and asking them if they would be open to another income stream.
 
If they say “yes” show them this system

If they say “no” say C-ya later!

Just that simple.

Discover how to earn 40-80 cents per lead who opts into your capture page


I’m going to keep this short and to the point.  I’m in Motor Club of America and I use the Get Weekly Paychecks system to market MCA online.

I recently calculated my numbers and discovered that for every 100 leads that opts into this capture page, I sponsor 1 person into MCA!  Each person sponsored in MCA gets me a cool $80 direct deposited into my bank the next Friday.

So breaking it down I can say every lead is worth 80 cents.  Why because 100 leads = 1 sale or $80.  So $80/100 leads = 80 cents every time I get a new lead and I get paid on that 80 cents every time I get 100 leads!

Imagine getting paid 80 cents per opt in lead to your website!

Absolute worst case scenario 200 leads per sale so $80/200 leads = 40 cents every time you get a new lead!

$80/200 leads = 40 cents per lead
$80/100 leads = 80 cents per lead

Are you beginning to see how easy this is?

My first cold call

Yesterday I decided to make a decision and call the leads from my Secret Lead Factory.

I figure the only way to get good at cold calling (talking to new people everyday) is to actually start to do it.

The very first lead I called answered and I decided to go for it

I learned the issue with “bought” leads is that the objection is always “I don’t remember putting my info in any websites”

When I get that objection, I redirect with “well since I’m on the phone now, would you be willing to look over some information” and just going for the “yes” or the “no.”

If I get a yes “great, (verify the email and send this presentation).  If I get a no, then “great, have a nice day” because I have over 800,000 other leads that I can call!

This is how I get people to READ MY BLOG and how…

You can get in position to do the same.

The very reason you are now on my blog and will read every word and find the answer I want you to pay attention to my language pattern.


I used to struggle to get people to read my blog and until I decided to make a decision and use embedded commands in my written blogs and in my Youtube videos.

For examples of where I use embedded commands, reread this short post and identify all words in italicsand the more you reread this post, the more you will understand how to use embedded commands.

The more you read this, the more you will begin to see embedded commands in use in television, commercials, news reports, and etc.

You want to learn more about the use of embedded commands and you want to have confidence and feel goodknowing that you can say “I can easily get people to read my blog

Lesson 4 from the Law of Success

Everyday I’m trying to read a lesson from Napoleon Hill’s book “The Law of Success in 16 Lessons” and today I read a lesson on initiative and leadership.



Initiative is the gumption to continuously go after a goal, mission, or accomplishment without having anyone, such as a boss, tell you to do it.  Initiative is an internal drive that is needed to push you through towards your goals.

Leadership is as vital! The first person you should concern yourself with leading is that man or woman in the mirror.  In order to lead others, and set the example, you have to be real effective at leading yourself!

I’ve learned this in the Marines.  Your Marines won’t respect you if you are talking the talk and not walking the walk!!  Sure a lot of people can talk the talk, but backing it up is key.

In fact, you should get so good at walking the walk that you don’t need to talk!

Does your program work?


If you have a home internet business then I’m sure at some point you will be asked, or already have heard, this question.

Does this work?  Does your program work?  Will this make me money?

What do you say to a question like this?

The fact of the matter is, it’s not the program that “works” it’s you who have to work the program.  You can have the best program in the world but if you aren’t out promoting it then “the program” will not make you money.

You can have the greatest widget in the world but if you aren’t marketing it, then no one will know about it.

It’s just that simple.

So the next time someone asks “does your program work” you can say wholeheartedly “yes” but you got to work the program!

Learn how to produce more by reading more

I have always struggled between taking more action in my business and reading.  I thought reading was essentially a waste and that if I wanted results, I should just take more action.

What I have discovered was that reading actually helps, inspires, and motivates me to produce more.  In actuality, the more I read is the more I produce.


My main marketing strategies are blogging and video marketing.  Readingstimulates my thinking and helps me to continue producing top notch content.

I have recently adopted a reading schedule that allows me to consume 5 ½ books each week and that doesn’t get in the way of my productivity goals.

For example, currently I am cranking out 5-10 Youtube videos and 1-2 blog posts on a daily basis.  I break down my reading into short chunks and read a portion in the morning, afternoon, and evening (before I get too tired).

This helps my productivity, mood, and inspiration.  Les Brown himself says he reads 2-3 books weekly!

3 Ways to get 15 – 20 leads daily

I have been learning a lot about marketing lately and the below strategies are from my own daily experience.  I am a normal guy and don’t consider myself a “guru.”  I am just a former Marine who is learning how to market myself and take my experiences and share them here so be sure to reach out to me via FACEBOOK or TWITTER.


1 Blog daily

The more blog posts I write equals the more people who see my content.  I am putting 100% of my focus here on my Google blogger blog and I write and then share on Facebook, LinkedIN, Twitter, IboToolbox, and Google +!  I do this everyday.

2 Shoot videos daily

My YouTube channel is growing by leaps and bounds.  Youtube has a feature where you can track how long your videos are watched on a daily basis and MY HIGHEST DAY so far was 16 HOURS!  Various Youtubers watched my videos for a total of 16 HOURS a few days ago!

Imagine what that can do for your business!


CPC broker allows you to simply pay for traffic and this promotes my business on auto pilot.  I consistently order a new advertising campaign every month as CONSISTENCY IS KEY!!

Discover Why you SHOULD Just Keep Showing Up DAILY

In the marketplace, school, relationships


Just keep showing up.  I learned that the absolute best thing to do when it seems to get rough is to keep going.

Not only to keep going, but actually, as my old math teacher used to say, “Let’s kick it up a notch!”  We as students didn’t particularly like when she “kicked” it up because that simply meant doing harder problems.

If I missed a class, however, I would miss a lot of the material and be behind the next class.

The same goes in relationships and in marketing.

When things hit a “dry” patch or you aren’t bringing in clients, just resolve to put even more effort into “romancing” your partner or produce more content for your business.


The most important thing you can do, even when you don’t see the immediate results, is the show up and to “kick it up”
