How to make money on the internet when you don’t have a lot of time

How to make money on the internet when you don’t have a lot of time

This is coming from pure hard headed experience.

There are many make money internet programs out there.  Some you have to actively recruit a lot of people in order to make money.  Some you do not have to do anything in order to make money.

Some are legal and some are not.  The funny thing is usually the programs where you don’t have to do anything are not usually legal.  The programs where you have to work like crazy are usually the legit ones.

So the best way I know of and how I make money on the internet, especially this semester, is by blogging.  I try to get out as many blog posts as I can during the day.  I also wake up sometimes super early and crank out blog posts.

Why blog posts?

They are easy to write (for most people) just find something you have a strong opinion about and write an easy 100-400 word article.

Doing this everyday compounds in on itself and over time will bring you lots of business.

That means write a daily blog post and over time you will build a massive business on the internet!

It really is that simple!

How to get people to visit your blog in order to actually make money

How to get people to visit your blog in order to actually make money

So if you are marketing via a blog, the only thing you need is more and more people visiting your blog everyday.

The more people that visit your blog, essentially is the more money you will make.  It’s simply a numbers game.

So, how do you get people to visit your blog?

Answer questions!!

Just like I have to get you here!!

I have found, that 9 times out of 10, if I am blogging about a business that I am in (ie the name, review, etc) that people don’t join.

I have found that when you tell a story that answers a question

Or are entertaining, yet at the same time answering a question

That works 1000 times better than writing a review on XYZ company!!

Keep blog posts short, easy to read, entertaining (mildly especially if you have a dry sense of humor like I do!!) and tell little stories!!

Also include a strong call to action near the end of your post and do over do it with the banner ads!

Just do this every day and your results will start compounding over time!

It’s just that simple and just do it more than the other guy!

You will win!

You have to give value to get money

You have to give value to get money

Again let me repeat that, you have to give value in order to get money.

This applies no matter what your business, profession, or job.  You have to give value first before you can expect to get paid.

That especially rings true for online businesses!

I notice it everyday even with myself.  Just writing a blog post daily on lessons that I learn from reading or listening to motivational audios everyday is a way that I try to give value.

Each blog post is indirectly promoting and marketing my business (you can see it yourself by clicking here)!  Each blog post puts me closer to my income goals and dreams.

In anything you have to give value first before expecting it in return.

What is the best way to get people into your business?

What is the best way to get people into your business?

This is going to sound like a conundrum but the absolute best way to recruit people into your business is to MAKE MONEY.

People are attracted to money and confidence.  If you don’t or aren’t making any serious money with your business, then confidence will win them over.

IF you are confident and enthusiastic about your business, then people will come.

If you are making money with your business you will naturally be enthusiastic and positive about your business.  People will come!

Its weird how that works but it is true!

People can literally look at your websites, blog posts, etc. and innately know if they are making more money than you or not.  Just like I’m sure that there are people out there seeing this and can know approximately what I’m making.

It is true, isn’t it?  I mean what exactly are your thoughts right now?

Is this for real?  It is a scam?  I don’t believe it.  I am in something already…etc.

Your very language on blog posts just naturally reveals what is going on behind the scenes.

That’s why you always hear if you are in your personal business that you should always work harder on yourself than anything else!

How many times can you stand to fail?

How many times can you stand to fail and keep trying to do a certain thing?

Thomas Edison “failed” 10,000 times trying to make the incandescent light bulb work.  I have read other accounts where it was “unofficially” of 14,000 attempts before he got it right.

He was interviewed and stated that his thinking was that he “had successfully found over 10,000 ways it would not work!”  Every “failed” attempt brought him one step closer to getting it right.

Every time I want to quit something I think (try to remember) of this story.  10,000 times and still pressing on!!!  It’s almost superhuman but then again that is why he found success.

I have also heard that success is just getting up one more time than falling down.  Just pure stickability.

I guess that’s why you have to seriously love what you do!  I learned that if you make it a game, that will change your thinking and give you that motivation to keep moving!

So whatever it is you are doing, make it a game and learn to love it.  Therein is a secret to success!

Don’t take it from me though, just look at Thomas Edison!

Is having money, or running after money, happiness

Is having money, or running after money, happiness

I don’t know because I never really had a huge amount of money.  Well I take that back, when I was in the Marines and I re-enlisted the first and second time I got a whopping bonus.

I have to tell you, I have had a bunch of cash in the bank and there are other times when I had negative cash in the bank.  I owed the bank!

I am happier when I have cash I have to tell you.  You need money basically to do anything.  Cash puts gas in the tank.  Cash pays for that movie.  Cash gets you a nice big ole pizza and a pitcher of beer!

On the flip side, chasing after cash isn’t so much fun.  Not being able to put gas in your tank or pay the car payment is not fun.

In the bible, (I’m not the religious type) but I do know that it says to not make anything your idol.  It also says that the LOVE of money is evil.

It doesn’t say that money is evil.  The love of it.  I see money as a tool.  I also see it as something that can be made into an idol.

I guess if I dig ditches for a living, that I should obsess about a shovel.

I guess that if I stock vending machines for a living (which I did at one point) I should obsess about snacks!

It’s ridiculous, but I find myself sometimes constantly thinking, worrying, and fussing about cash.

That isn’t happiness.

Constantly working for it isn’t happiness either.

I think happiness is finding that one thing that you love to do and becoming successful at that.  The money will come.  (or so I hear)

I will be completely honest.  I am not in an ideal financial situation right now (as I’m sure many of you reading this, if you are still reading, aren’t either).

One thing I do know is that I will never stop until I am in and ideal situation financially.  At the same time, I will allow myself to be happy in the meanwhile and not let anything become that dominating force in my life.

The goal is happiness and the continual pursuit of..

Think and Grow Rich Project – Day 2

Think and Grow Rich Project – Day 2

So I finished Think and Grow Rich for the 5th time this morning and restarted the book.  I am at 4.80 chapters for today.  My goal was 5 chapters a day.  I will easily do it after my hot chocolate.

The funny thing is reading this book that many times I actually took a nap earlier and I swear I was dreaming that Napoleon Hill himself was reading the book to me.

Also I don’t know where your standpoint is on thinking about money and having it appear in your life.  I don’t really know what my standpoint is.  I believe you have to work for it.  I also believe that if you aren’t happy doing your work, then you won’t get much out of it.

I actually can “manifest” nice cups of coffee or a fridge full of groceries.  I haven’t been able to manifest huge sums of cash so in reading this book until it’s oozing out of my pores I hope to learn a little something about it!

Well, am keeping this short and I got to go finish my chapters for today!

Think and Grow Rich Project – New Day 1 My hard headed approach!

Think and Grow Rich Project – New Day 1

So I don’t know if you came across any of my blogs before but I started this Think and Grow Rich Project like a few times already.

Well started and then decided to change it, now am starting again.

One problem I came across a number of times in my life was lack of persistence.  I would always be quick to start a project but never stuck with it to fruition.  So here again I am doing this.

It’s my goal to really document my success and results.  I am not guaranteeing anything.  I am not offering anything although I will provide links to my online business (like this one).

Other than that, I am planning on reading Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich 2 times a week.  I will do this until I have read through it 25 times.  I figured that by then it will have sunk and got through my thick skull.  Again I’m not promising anything.

I am also in two online opportunities at the moment.  I am also going to document my results from my three businesses in conjunction.  I will not be directly promoting them but I will have links to them in my blog posts.

So today April 13, 2013 I have $5 in savings (yes being brutally honest here)
My checking let’s just say is in the red.  I am currently getting anywhere from $1000 to $1960 a month for living expenses from the GI bill for going to school.  I am on my way to getting an AA in Business/Administration.  I also am currently waiting on payday which is the 30th of April.

So in Empower Network(business #1 I am making $5 a day, breaking down my monthly residuals in a daily earning). INCOME DISCLOSURE STATEMENT!!

In Profit Clicking Premium I am earning $3.43 a day.  This is what I cash out, not repurchase.

So I am currently at $5 (EN) + $3.43 (PC) = $8.43 x 7 days = $59.01 a week online.

So there you have it.  I will read 5 chapters everyday of Think and Grow Rich and document my success!

Let’s give it a shot and see what happens!

Just blog it and the cash will come.

Just blog it and the cash will come.

Seriously if you are here then you are looking for ways to either make more money or to get more people to come to your blog.

I picked blogging as my primary way of marketing my business because:

It’s easy

I can do it 24/7

It compounds the more I do it

I don’t bother family, friends, or (worst of all) strangers

I just write blog posts and lots of them (sometimes)

That’s it.  I have had over 60 people join me in Profit Clicking and over 40 people join me in Empower Network just by blogging.

I didn’t do paid traffic.

I didn’t do Facebook PPC (or any other type of PPC for that matter)

I just write blog posts.

Just like this.

Just blog it and the cash WILL come!

If you can find 40 people, then you can make 5 K a month in Empower

If you can find 40 people, then you can make 5 K a month in Empower

I was calculating the numbers and to make $5,000.00 a month in Empower Network, you only need 40 active paying members.  Well let me specify, active bloggers and inner circle members.  Still, that isn’t so bad.

So let me ask you, would you rather work 40 years to live off of 40% of your income?

Would you rather find 40 people, who like you, see something bigger and better for their lives?

Actually the people I have sponsored, I didn’t even talk to so would you rather 40 people find you, join your business, make you money, and you really just sit back and write blog posts.

Very easy and simple!

Think and Grow Rich Project

Think and Grow Rich Project

I have started this and then I changed my mind and then I restarted this.  I have posted here and on my Empower Network blog and back again.

Again I am battling myself even in this but I’m not stopping or changing.  I’m going to keep going.  That’s how it is in life.

If things don’t work out perfectly, then that’s fine.  You just adjust fire and move on.

It’s all a decision that I make.  In Think and Grow Rich there is a chapter on decision.

Everything starts and stops with a decision.  Just decide whatever it is that you want and go for it.  It’s just that simple.  No matter how many obstacles get in your way.  No matter how much you, yourself, get in your own way.

Results:  I have made about $200 since my last posts in my Empower Network business and I plan on continuing my Think and Grow Rich project indefinitely.

It is really a result of changing my thinking!
The overall mood and vibe of my blog posts are steadily getting more positive, which in turn attracts more people.

The worst thing about worry

The worst thing about worry is that it attracts a whole flock of relatives.

Worries, like sheep, seem to flock together. One worry leads to another, and soon you are overwhelmed with the potential for problems. When you allow yourself to play the “what if?” game — to speculate about additional problems that one potential problem might cause — worries multiply, each making the next seem worse. If you must play the “What if?” game, play it to win. Focus on solutions, not on the problems themselves and the additional problems they might create. However serious your worries may seem when they awaken you at midnight, if you analyze them carefully, you will find that every problem has a solution.

Just don’t give up

Just don’t give up

I don’t know who this may help but I do know that in this life I have learned some hard lessons over and over and over again.

Actually it’s really just one lesson that I can really say that it is, just that I don’t know if I have truly learned it yet.

I have learned that you will find success if you just don’t give up.

I may not know all the right things to do.  I may not know all the right people.  I may not have all the right opportunity.

The one thing I do know is that I would have found success a LOT earlier if I had not given up on different things I was doing.

I still have to remind myself of that everyday.

I’m reminding you of it now.

Just don’t give up.

Sometimes you may have to crawl.  Sometimes you will have to just cry.

But

Just

Don’t

Give

Up!

Become a doer, not a talker

Become a doer, not a talker

“Some individuals appear to be “allergic” to honest work, but opportunity is equally allergic to them.

”In any business, profession, or occupation, there comes a time when you have to deliver. You may fake it for a time, pretending that you’re giving an honest effort, but eventually you will be measured by your deeds, not by your words. If you are more of a talker than a doer, make a vow today — right now — to change your behavior. You may be able to drift through life if you never do more than you are required to do, but you will never know what you might have achieved if you had only been willing to give a little more. The greatest opportunities always go to those who have an affinity for hard work, not an allergy to it.
